It is simple, I am satisfied. I am from Czech Republic, we have here only magazine "Amaterske radio", this is quite different level. Of course, this is given by the size of the market.

Only 3 stars for not responding on my request to do the invoice on my company which has EU valid VAT number.

Wäre schön wenn der Shop auch in Deutsch verfügbar wäre. Das Einkaufen an sich war einfach und schnell. Gerne wieder.

There were problems with the payment on the website (failed).
There was a serious delay with the post.
Because of this I am not satisfied (I didn't received my book in my christmas holiday)!

However when sending mails to explain my problems/issue, I got a fast and sufficiënt response.
Also the book itself was good protected in the delivered box!
Because of this it's I am still positive.
For service it's 10/10...
