Ik heb er geen enkele keer zelf achterheen hoeven zitten. Uitstekende communicatie! Omdat het een moeilijk leverbaar artikel betreft uiteindelijk mijn geld terug gehad. I ordered the Elektor USB stick archive on 10th September and although expecting some delay in delivery as we live in Australia, became concerned when nothing arrived after a few weeks.

I was pleasantly surprised when my follow-up enquiry received a prompt and courteous personal response from Elektor’s International Client Manager.

It turned out that the package was held up by the carrier in Frankfurt due to Covid-19. Elektor followed up the delay several times over the subsequent weeks, and kept me informed.

Today 13th November the USB stick finally arrived, and I’m looking forward to browsing the archive. I expect it to be well worth the long wait.

I met with Elektor for business reasons and, after looking at their offer, decided to subscribe.
I find their books, articles, projects very interesting, detailed, documented: a pleasure to read.
For a maker like me, it's also the right place to find useful components and kits to start a new development or to conceive a new idea.
I already purchased a couple of books and they confirmed the opinion I had.
Check out, for example, the ones about the tube audio amplifiers!

"Very good magazine, even better shop"

Elektor magazine evolved over the last years and now it is a real good mix between interesting, specific articles and articles where you can put your hands on and have some fun with circuits of all kind.
The web shop is an excellent companion to the magazine, making it easy to get all things to start with - e.g. tools, books, PCBs, ...
But best thing is that you don't need the Magazine to find interesting items in the shop ;-)

Order process is very easy, delivery is fast. Ok, they had some delays in the first Covid-phase, but in my opinion this was rather caused by delays in transport services.
But since the last three or four months deliveries are really fast and if there should be ever any problem with an order, customer support is here to help you. Replies are usually really fast and also very nice (and professional!).

I'm really pleased with the Elektor web shop.
