Order another one from a different company. The stipulations this company sets on returning items is ridiculous! Why should I pay for return of the suitcase when it is faulty.

I ordered a small cabin sized case which arrived promptly and was well packaged.

Unfortunately I no longer needed the case, so needed to return it. The return instructions were not very clear on the website (I couldn't find the form) but when I called DKluggage, they explained what I needed to do.

The case was returned and I received my refund quickly.
