Three out of four recommendations came and gave no hassle quote the fourth quoted over phone acepted one of other three.

4 companies nominated of which 3 were invited to quote.

The presentation from the company I selected was excellent, the quotation competitive. Work was completed within 2 weeks to a first rate standard.

Only disappointment was that a more local company was apparently not available

Helpful to compare, but did not include any local firms, ie Ipswich, which has several companies. I was contacted by firms about 25- 30 miles away. They were less competitive than my local firm, who I am now booked in with. Thanks for your help.

Got 2 suppliers ,both phone me within 24hours ,both made appointments to come and see me the following day,

I was surprised that only three companies were listed on our local reviews.That apart, all three responded quickly, offered free surveys and two behaved as one would expect well-known double glazing companies to react.
The third, a family business, was a little slower to respond after initial contact but proved to be the rough diamond. The advice, the knowledge of thirty years experience and his realistic approach led to him getting the order for the conservatory and a saving of at least £3,500 for ourselves.

"New Telephone System"

We received three quotes for a new telephone system. We ended up going with RSR Communications. They persuaded us to use a VOIP system. It is working very well.

Of the three companies offered to supply/fit a Solar PV system to our slate roof two quoted of which one was selected to install the 12 panel array now satisfactorily commissioned.

One company didn't quote as they couldn't cope with the insulation sprayed under the roof between rafters.
