The response from four out of six,responded reasonably quick,where as two did not bother. Only two visited the property to give an accurate assessment of requirements.The other two responded by e-mail and phone. Overall the response was good.

I chose three solar PV companies expecting to be able to make that choice easily as I had done some homework. All three were very good but I finally went for Fenland Solar. I was very pleased with their professionalism and handholding and the hard work of the installation team was outstanding.

"Poor"

Basically all tradesmen who attended or got in contact could not deal with the situation in hand due to qualifications and experience. Our heating system is fairly niech and although stating this were still sent tradesmen who were not able to service or install what we required.

I only received one contact regarding my inquiry, turned out I was better off contacting people directly, one at a time.

From the three companies recommended I chose one and hope on installation I am still as happy ???

I contacted the top double glazing companies and was very disappointed with their response or lack of it. Their professionalism was sorely lacking but luckily I had, on a whim, contacted Compare Companies, who in turn recommended Green Kite Double glazing a company I had not heard of, and that was so fortunate they have such superior products and their representative was so thoughtful, efficient and professional, giving me the confidence to order a substantial amount of work from Green Kite.I have in my past career worked for the two top double glazing companies for over nine years, so I am not a layman but a fellow professional and well qualified to judge the quality of both service and quality.

Arrived as arranged and started on boiler installation immediately. Worked quickly and efficiently as a team. completed the the job to the highest standard and cleaned away all debris. Finished with a tutorial on operation of the new boiler. Five Star job. Well done.
