Waste of time. I waited for a few days but received no quotes, it just put me a few days behind on my plans as I then had to go elsewhere for quotes. Very disappointing.

Both the survey guy and installer were really nice guys.The price quoted was good, so much so we cancelled 3 other appointments we had made
and the work was done on the day arranged.We had one small problem,
damage to a new kitchen unit.But after some phone calls to them and the kitchen company it was resolved.The lady on the phone was also very nice and good at customer relations more than some i could mention.
So yes UK Gas have done a good job.

I contacted compare companies in the hope if finding a local business to give quotes for new windows.
Companies were found but they were all large nationals and we're all quite pushy from the start. One company in particular who do buy one get one free have been very pushy to the point that I ended up asking them on their 4th call to me - not to contact me again.
We ended up not using any of the companies from this site!

Once found on the internet they were very impressive with the speed of handling my enquiry for solar system suppliers and were on the phone for details and provided the names of 4 potential installers to enable me to obtain quotes which were useful and have led to my placing our order for a solar panel installation.
