"Christmas order missed ETA"

12/17/24 Place [Christmas] order with an ETA of 12/24/24.
On 12/20/24 I emailed requesting shipment tracking info. Customer Service promptly replied "Orders normally take 2-3 days to process. We show this is on our schedule to ship Monday (12/23). My team will email you tracking as soon as the order ships."
No email came on 12/23 and now offices closed till Jan. 2, 2025.
While I understand it's the Holiday shipping season if I knew an updated ETA I could advice the gift recipient.

You need to get a better project management system. Dedicate ONE person to work with ONE project/company.

I think I received email communication from 14 different people/departments. I was promised a proof by end on the day. The next day it's sent only after I requested it again. I approved it, then later get an email telling me the proof was sent and I needed to approve it... What are you talking about? It's as if the right hand didn't know what the left hand was doing.

I was told we were to receive the packages this Friday - but now it's next Monday. Yes, it's within the time frame we allotted, but don't tell me to expect it and make plans, then change it on me. To over-promise and under-deliver is not good customer service.

Also - STOP with all the promotional emails! Why would I order something else when I'm still waiting on one order to be fulfilled?

Our company order from Bagmasters was a great success!! From the start of the order to the delivery date, everyone was extremely helpful (Derrett C was great to work with!) and very prompt. Our custom printed order turned out exactly as we hoped, and arrived on the date promised. We will definitely be using Bagmasters again in the future!
