Ordered tote bags the same week with rush shipping...they arrived in three day and looks great, not one issue. I used one color and one side.

I'm not sure what happened, but at some point our order was cancelled midway through the shipment for some unknown reason. I emailed Bagmasters to ask what happened. Things were changed on Bagmasters end and then I received our shipment.

"Turn around time"

The turnaround time has been slow. I would love an approximate ship date. Granted, many companies are just getting back up to speed after the holidays, and there may be some weather related delays, so I am trying to take that into account.

From order to ship - 2 weeks. I just ordered 1 blank hat. Product did not arrive as it was described in the product description. Good thing I did not place a large order. I would definitely try another business.
