Product was shipped and received promptly. Only problem was in placing the order. Bagmaster's system seemed to be problematic for Bagmasters. They would tell me they would work it out and call me back and never did. I would always have to call/email them. The ordering process took about a month of back and forth. However, once the order was placed and confirmed the product arrived within 3 days and as ordered.
