I never received all of my packages at the same time. I have a conference next week and I an still waiting on the rest of the items. I have sent remail and they keep telling me that it was shiped out but can't give me a tracking number. Now I have to go to another website and order 50 more items so I can make sure that I have enough before next Friday for my conference.

My only complaint is that there are too many offerings. The website is confusing to navigate because of the options. It took me months to decide which bag and mug to order and if the website had been simpler, I would have ordered sooner and more products.
