The bags looked very nice. We ordered 750 they only shipped 725. Did not tell me the other 25 bags were on backorder The order for the other 25 were cancelled. They did refund our money. Thought they could of told us sooner.

"Too much time waiting to hear back and ..."

Very simple questions that other vendors were able to answer were not answered correctly by Bagmasters. Had to spend many hours re-writing email to clarify and still was not being heard. Not to mention several days to up to a week awaiting responses, and I had to initiate for an update each time. Disppapointed as Bagmasters was our #1 choice, ultimately went with another vendor that had our questions answered correctly and order placed within 24 hours.

Fantastic. Derrett was great to work with. 5 stars. Dissappointed that logo size couldnt be bigger, but that's likely not a bagmasters issue.
