"RUN RUN RUN as fast you can"
This has been one of the worst experiences I have ever had. This company turns off and on my autopay without telling me. They miss payments because of it and don't tell me. They double charge me and don't tell me. The customer service agents basically only take payments. If you have any other issues you have to speak to a supervisory. Conveniently (for them) there is never a supervisor available. They promise the supervisors will call back but they never do. This has been one of the worst experiences I've had with a business.
