"PF70 ULTRA CAMEO RIP OFF"

Five years ago they sold me 12 PF70 ultra cameo 1 Oz coins for over $1700. Since then I discovered this is a trick, I have been trying to sell them back ever since. The most I could get for them a couple years ago was $1200. Now all I can get is $660. NEVER AGAIN PROOF COINS AND NEVER AGAIN USGB.

I ordered two 1ounce gold bars and was sent and charged for 4 1 ounce gold bars. The bars packaging was damaged and unsealed. U S Gold Bureau admitted their mistake - it is all on a recorded line - and agreed to make it right, but they have since ghosted me for a month. Unfortunately they cannot be trusted if they make a mistake. Buy from another vendor.

US Gold Bureau has been great to work with. I felt a trust with Damon from the first order that I made. I trust his opinion and advice about how to build our collection. Damon always leaves me feeling confident with my purchase. When the time comes to sell what we have accumulated, Damon will be the one I call with confidence that we will get the best return on our investment.

"Scammed and pushes sales people"

Bought my coins a year ago from a sales Rep Tracy. I want to purchase the the basic Bullion where I can liquidate right away. Told her I want to buy 10. She insist that with that kind of investment, I should buy the gold buffalo coin signed by Ed Moy. I told her I'm really not comfortable investing in a $6000 coin where I can't liquidate it right away, after her be super pushy and false promises, I said okay, I'll get one. All they care about is their commission, they don't care about you making money or your investment. BEWARE....They will keep calling you trying to keep selling you more. After the sale, apparently they said Tracy retired. But when I'm looking the review, looks like Tracy helped someone else 6 months after they said she retired....

"I was scammed"

I paid $16,000 for Gold and Silver coins two years ago. The salesman was very excited about what a great investment I was making. He called me back a month and a half telling me I had already made money on the gold and silver coins I had purchased and thought it would be smart to buy more. I did not buy more.

I wanted to find how much I could sell the coins for in the summer and found out that my coins were barely worth $11,000 now. So, I lost $5000 on my 'incredible investment'. The original salesman was no longer available so I was dealing with Tracy who is the Senior Account Executive. When I told her that I was very upset about losing more than $5000 in a year she kept on trying to ensure me that I was still making money on my investment. It made (and makes) no sense to me.

I have not been trying to reach Tracy on her e-mail but she does not answer.

I am less than impressed. I was duped by a very enthusiastic salesperson and didn't do my due diligence which was my responsibility. And now, their website is gone.

I would definitely not do business with this company if and when it does resurface.

"Investment Coins"

While the sales people for the traditional IRA push for "stable investment coin" investments, what they don't tell you is that as soon as you purchase the investment coins you lose about 33% of your investment immediately and lie about saying that the purchase price loses a tiny fraction of the cost for restock. I taught science to high school for a number of years and was caught up thinking that I investing in gold was a stable choice and I was making a good decision. To confirm what you will get back for your "investment coins" may I suggest going to other gold purchase sites. You will not find your coins on their buy back list so resort to an ebay search for a realistic value. I paid approximately $3000 for "investment coins" gold 1 troy oz American Eagles and they will buy them back today for spot price of about $1740. Buy American Eagles and don't pay aggressive sales people who will help educate you for their huge gain and your huge loss. Who gets the profit? The sales sharks make a hefty commission!!! I lost $10,000 and will never recover it. The spot price of gold may mean I don't lose my shirt. Please learn from my mistake. The only way to find the value of your investment is to ask for their guaranteed buy back estimate in writing.

I finally received the correct quantity of gold bars back after nearly 3 weeks of unreturned calls after US Gold Bureau canceled my sale to them. Only one of bars was the same as I sent them. Something seems wrong...
