"I purchased some silver coins and gold"

I purchased some silver coins - not big purchases, but couple $3000 dollars. Recently purchased 1 oz. Gold for $1286.15. ( that what showed on check out). Good deal $10 above price of gold. When my reciept came up it was $1335
32, $50.00 higher. Called company, insisted that was my cost. Would not adjust - possibly because I wasn't his customer. My representative was on vacation- (didn't believe that). He wouldnt help me and brushed me off saying " Have a Blessed day" with attitude and hung up on me!

"A bit of a wait...but worth it."

I was looking to buy some gold bullion with very little premium over spot. After a bit of research I found a coin that fit that bill. Then I shopped around. After about an hour of comparing price, shipping fees, and payment options/fees from various online shops I landed on usgoldbureau.com.

The price for the coin I was shopping was the lowest I had seen with Free Shipping. So I add it to the cart so I can see payment options. They had your normal options and fees, but they allowed for EChecks with 0 fees!

I went ahead and made the purchase. Here is the only part that was less than perfect. It took roughly 15 days to receive my order! Now, I was in no hurry as I was looking to start stacking gold and had no intentions of selling soon. This did, however, cause me stress and concern as I had never heard of this company before my purchase and I feared I had been scammed.

The worry was for nothing as it did arrive. The packaging was nondescript and much bigger than I anticipated. This is not a complaint though as nobody would have assumed it contained a gold coin. Once I opened the very secured box, there was a bubble mailer, and inside that was another package! I felt like I opened a Turducken! Again this is not criticisim, but surprise. The coin got to me safely and secure. No complaints on that front.

The coin was in excellent condition and a year that commands a little premium! Overall, I am very happy with my experience.

Bought 3 gold coins for birthday gift paid extra for fast shipping after a week nothing so i called USGB and was told my order is on backorder will be 2 months, they don't have 3 coins? why did they not tell me that when i ordered coins?
