I've placed several orders and USGB delivers exactly what I'd ordered. The quality exceeded my expectations. One might pay a little more here, but there is a silver lining to that. USGB maintains a database of all your purchases and their policy is to buy back your metals hassle free. No need to run around everywhere trying get the best price for your precious metals. They've totally got your back. USGB assigns you a dedicated account representative. My account representative Nathan calls me back promptly, is knowledgeable, and takes his time to find the best investment based on your budget. Some complain of slow delivery. Seriously? My orders have been discreetly packaged and I don't mind waiting knowing USGB wants to insure everything is right. Patience is a virtue folks. Again, Ignore those Haters, give USGB a chance.

"WATCH OUT FOR THESE FOLKS!!"
WATCH OUT FOR THESE FOLKS!!! I ordered a silver bar through a click promo that was suppose to be sold to me at spot price. After the order was completed, I reviewed my order for accuracy and noticed I had been charged full price!! I called immediately to get this corrected but it was the end of the business day on Friday so they closed. I left a message for a call back and also did the same thing on Saturday. I didn't get a call back Monday morning but I was able to reach someone Monday afternoon.
I explained what happened. The item hadn't shipped yet so I didn't think fixing this would be a problem. I asked them to please honor there ad and refund me the difference or to cancel my order. Either option was fine with me. The agent tried several times to lie and explain to me that I was charged correctly. After, I realized nothing was going to be done, I demanded my order just be cancelled. After 20 minutes, 2 agents and supposedly manager input, I was told they would not honor there ad and they wouldn't cancel my order that wasn't even processed yet!!!!!!!
All they said was that they were sorry for my bad experience all the while doing nothing to fix the mistake. VERY DISHONEST BUSINESS!!! They only scammed me for about $50 but it's the principle. I have since heard a few other similar story so be careful. I will definitely to reporting and reviewing them everywhere I can. I just HATE seeing people get taken advantage of.

I bought a couple of Gold coin sets from the US Gold Bureau several years ago. Recently I needed to sell them so I shopped around some and was badly low balled by some of these Gold & Silver outfits. I then contacted the Gold Bureau and they quoted me a somewhat fair price to buy them back but they said I could consign the coins through them to get the true Market value. I opted to do that and they promptly sold and I received my funds. Incidently, the Golden Eagle Sets turned out to be a fantastic investment.

"I was skeptical but A+ experience"
I was skeptical. I was selling 3 one oz gold bars to them. Extremely easy platform. They gave me a fedex overnight label. Money was deposited into my bank account 4 business days later. I am extremely surprised how easy this went. Very professional.

"I should have listened to my inner…"
I should have listened to my inner voice. A couple of days after placing my order, I received a sales call under the guise of verifying my address. The sales person wanted to add PF 70 ASEs to my order. I refused and she said that I would receive email confirmation. The next day, I received an email telling me that my order was placed on hold. So I call them. Apparently, my routing number was duplicated in the space for my account number. Yeah, right! So I give them the account number. The next day I receive a phone call telling me that my order is on hold because of the account number. I tell the rep that it's been corrected and he says that he sees it. I ask him when it's going to hit my account and he said accounting will probably pull it this evening. I haven't heard anything since. I don't trust this company.

We have been dealing with Nathan at USGB and had great success. It is very hard to find a investment with a 10% return. He has been extremely helpful.

They cancelled my order for no reason. I think they didn't have the silver when i bought it on a Saturday. The price went up and they cancelled my order.
Avoid them at all costs. They cost be $600 because i missed out on the price that i thought i had locked in with my purchase.
