I recieved newly minted coins with deep abrasions and was told thats how they ship and deliver their "bullion". Customer service will try to belittle you if you question them. Go somewhere else for your bullion and coin needs. 1st and last time for me!

This company has real issues with communications online so you can’t check on orders. They don’t return calls, now their phone lines are down. I did receive my order so it’s not they didn’t deliver but I had a terrible time checking on my order. Like I said, I could never access my account to check on my order.

I placed an order over a month ago and still haven’t received anything! There website shows nothing and the customer service department says all online dealers are out, which is far from the truth! I did get an email today showing it will be another month! I tried to get my money back and of course they don’t do that! Super disappointed with this company and definitely would not recommend to anyone.

"Bordering on Fraud, waiting 6-8 weeks!!!"

I placed my first order on April 6 of this year and have not received anything. I placed another order on April 10 and have not received anything. Then their website went down and has not been fixed since. You cannot view your purchases, you cannot view your portfolio or your most recent orders. Nothing!!!

I am starting to worry that this company could take upwards of $8-$10,000 from me. I do not trust them.

Let’s think about this. They often say that they store your virtual currency overseas and yet you cannot have access to their website for three weeks? When you try to get a representative on the phone or on a chat It can take over a half an hour? All they say is that they will pass it on to somebody else but we never hear from anybody?

My latest update is now it’s going to be delayed past May 20. That is seven weeks for something that was allegedly “in stock.”

I used these people last year with very little problems. Nice coins and bullion, reasonable shipping time. The people were helpful and attentive. This year - not so much. I purchased many things off of their site, they went into my bank account and withdrew the money. Then - nothing. No communication, no nothing. The website shows nothing, the representative gives me a time window which has passed, the chat window says I have 3 minutes to wait and an hour later says the same thing, and their phone is a fast busy. I am out a substantial sum and they only respond with 'wait six weeks'. I went to the BBB, it doesn't seem to make a difference (although I did finally get an e-mail telling me to wait 6 weeks).. Still no response. Normal business ethics are You take the money, you send the merchandise. Or so I thought. they claim 'market volatility. Are they having sellers regret and trying to hang on to the items for greater profit? If the item is in stock when I order it and they take the payment, what does not shipping it have to do with market volatility? A bit shady. Be careful.

Sellers push proof silver eagles. They are overvalued in my opinion and sometimes you don't get what you ordered. My example is receiving mint state 70 instead of the proof 70 I ordered. If you are new to precious metals, don't buy proof coins as an investment, bullion coins will go up in value as precious metals are a long term investment. Selection is minimal. USGB also barely buys anything. APMEX greater selection and will buy any coin.

"Impatient Representative!"

Repersenative hung up on me when I told him USGB prices were not competitive enough. They call evetytime I make a purchase from other online gold dealers!

"Laughable Joke of a Company"

I signed up for an account because they seemed to offer reasonably high bids for buybacks. Sadly when I placed a sell order they would not honor the price and never sent a shipping label despite repeatedly promising that one was on the way. I wish I had the time I wasted back and am so exstatic to have missed a good price point while I wasting days dealing with these clowns.
What they are good for is endless spam emails and blind telemarketing calls at all hours of the day and night. If you like harrassment sign on up.

My repulsive experience with UNITED STATES GOLD BUREAU was earth shattering! I had the pain and misfortune of being mistreated in a dreadful manner. I blame myself for not doing thorough research before making the awful mistake of calling the UNITED STATES GOLD BUREAU. I have rarely experienced such treatment, even with the most shoddiest of companies. It is too late for me but not for you! If you are looking to purchase quality Precious metals with exquisite customer service then I suggest thorough research. I have learned from my mistakes and will NEVER consider opening my wallet to UNITED STATES GOLD BUREAU company. I wish with all my heart I could go into the raw unpleasant details about what really happened.... unfortunately I cannot because UNITED STATES GOLD BUREAU company reported my original review to Trustpilot for sharing too much of my real experience. I did not know companies could try to stifle customer experiences... That is despicable! After my phone call to the UNITED STATES GOLD BUREAU I was left feeling sick to my stomach, insignificant, incompetent in the area of precious metals, and disgusted by the treatment I received. I warn you this is NOT what anyone should have to go through.This was a nightmare I will never forget, an experience that nearly destroyed my confidence to buy precious metals with any company for fear of a comparable experience.I encourage everyone to be careful, I can only imagine that most people work hard for their money, it troubles me to think someone could experience what I did with the UNITED STATES GOLD BUREAU.... Shameless!
