Surrey Gas provided a quick, economic and efficient solution to our gas boiler breakdown, site-visiting and providing a competitive estimate on Day 1 and a new gas boiler, fitted and fully functional, on the following day. The service was courteous and the clean up complete, including vacuuming up all the fir tree needles from the garage floor!

George arrived when he said he would. He didn’t suck his teeth - what we wanted was doable. I felt confident of his expertise. His estimate was fair. He responded to my questions kindly. His colleague, Paul, wasn’t late on the two days here, it was a fairly big job. Paul was extremely tidy. There was one small issue - not the fault of Surrey Gas. George revisited and fixed it. I’m delighted with the outcome

I picked Surrey gas as I liked George when he came to quote for the job, was not pushy and said I could keep my controls as used to them. I had lots of follow up question’s and Lauren was very patient with me each time I phoned, being older I liked the personal touch.
Jack came to fit my boiler he was polite, worked none stop, very efficient and knew exactly what he was doing. When he finished cleaned up the bathroom hoovered my landing and even down my stairs.
He went through everything on the boiler how it worked etc and was very kind and polite throughout. Would recommend to my friends. Good old fashioned customer service well done.
