Easy streamlined service from Surrey Gas. George came round to give me a quote on a change from a system to a combi and made the quote I had from a well know large company look silly in price comparison.
Paul did the installation with no issues, job done as described. Would absolutly recommend.

We had our old boiler replaced with a new one. George gave us a very good quote very competitive to the other quotes received. Paul came over at the time given and installed our new boiler. He did what was required, tested, and installed. Later he found a leak and fixed it without us asking for it to be fixed. He configured our hive app with the hub and advised and explained how to maintain it in detail. George and Paul have been a phone call away until we were satisfied. Absolutely Happy with service and would recommend any time.

George and Paul were a great team, good professional friendly attitude. Had one small issue which they came back to sort out, no problem. After care was also good with follow ups etc.

After a week and a half of no gas or hot water in subzero temperatures, it was a relief to see George installing my new boiler. He did a good job was here when he said he would be here It took him five hours and then all was done. There was a little bit of cleaning up to do afterwards, but this was minimal… I am very happy with Surrey gas.

We needed a new boiler as our old one kept tripping up errors and rather than keep on repairing, we decided on a new one. I was impressed with reviews on Surrey Gas and, with a few other providers, asked for some quotes.

George did a remote survey within 24 hours of my enquiry, explained everything that would be done in the replacement and even threw in a few extra bits (adding a drain point) to the quote. The quote was very competitively priced and I had an install date about a month away (not bad considering it was the depths of winter).

Knowing we had issues with the current boiler, George assured me if they had any cancellations he’d do his best to help and if we had a total breakdown he’d look for an emergency fitting.

Thankfully, an opening came up a few days later and Paul came over to do the install. He was extremely professional, explained everything he was doing and left my house spotless when he left. Super clean pipe work too! A chemical flush included as well. It was a long day but Paul did a great job in a like-for-like swap.

A few weeks later and we received the building regulations compliance certificates required by law as well. People need to ensure they use people like Surrey Gas who know the regulations and use certified professionals like Paul.

I have now signed up to a boiler maintenance plan with Surrey Gas to keep my boiler running for at least the full 10 years of its guarantee.

I would absolutely recommend Surrey Gas to be competitive on pricing and professional on install.

The director of the company first came and viewed where my new boiler was to be situated.
He listened to what I wanted and needed rather than treating me like an old woman who knew nothing .
We talked about E credentials and future proofing the job and agreed a sensible price. (I had been quoted in excess of £1000 +more for a lesser boiler by another company).
A colleague came on the agreed day to fit my new boiler ,he was well mannered and polite and completed the job within the day cleaning up his mess and disposing of the old boiler and all packaging. Before he left he explained to me how to use the controls and left me with a comprehensive document that would help me .
The company rang me a couple of times over the following week to check all was working well .
I am more than happy with the care and professionalism of this company and have no problems in recommending them to you all.They genuinely care that they have done a good job and have suitably qualified staff to carry out the parts of the job that have to be certified under building regulations.

It was hard to get an appointment from anyone at this winter time and Surrey Gas was very efficient in arranging the slot for the survey and they considered our urgent need and organised the work to be carried out the following week. Work was done on time.
I had a slight inconvenience and Surrey Gas acknowledged it and delt with that to my satisfaction.
