Paul arrived nice and early, I left the house to give time to get on with the Job. I arrived back after a few hours to find the bulk of the work almost done. Very quick! The next was fitting thermostat and other essential
Work.. old boiler and parts taken away same day . Place left nice and clean. Very little disruption,considering amount of work involved. Whole new heating system installed. Would recommend Surrey gas!

From quote to installation, the service was impeccable. Thanks to George and Paul, our new boiler was installed with minimum fuss and with no mess left. They quoted exactly what was needed, with no unnecessary sales faff. I would recommend them to anyone.

"No Brainer - Choose Surrey Gas"

Had a new boiler fitted in August 2023 by Surrey Gas (SG). Got quotes from SG and British Gas (BG). George (SG) came out to quote, was 10 minutes in our house, explained what we needed and answered any questions.

BG came out, took an hour doing the same thing but with ridiculous sales pitch which ended in ‘we aren’t the cheapest but we are reliable’ - BG quote was 50% more than SG for the same boiler model, and they ‘offered’ us upgrades which came as standard with SG.

Installation had some hiccups (due to our old house, not SG workmanship) but Paul and George (SG) ensured all resolved and made us safe.

Can’t recommend highly enough. Did exactly what they said they would, when they said they would do it - at a reasonable price.

Deciding to have a new boiler I called Surrey Gas for an estimate. George called and was very helpful and professional with advice on the right boiler to suit our requirements. His estimate was very reasonable compared to British gas, and included a new thermostat and timer 10 year warranty and gas Safe certificate. Installation took just one day and carried out in a clean and timely manner. Very pleased, thanks to George and Paul.

The company made wrong plumbing and let my clients for 3 months no heating downstairs also they flooded the property and damaged their belongs
Keep blaming the apprenticeship boy who was neglected and not supervisied by the owner and that affected me loosing a lot of money
They still not responding to my phone calls and massages
I am going to take legal action to get this solved
I have evidences and correspondences
Never recommend this company
Also I am going to report it in trading services
