"Superb installation of my new Worcester combi-boiler"

I just had a new Worcester combi-boiler installed by Surrey Gas and I am super happy with that. Communications with George and Lauren were excellent from the beginning, and Harry completed the installation in a different place (from the ground floor to the airing cupboard on the first floor) in a superb way. The work also required to deviate gas pipes and this job was also completed in a very tidy way. It’s also worth to mention the overall boiler and installation package was really worth especially considering the extended warranty of 12 years I am going to get. Thanks very much Surrey Gas!

From the initial contact, through the survey and finally the installation, it was a really smooth stress free experience. George the surveyor was a really nice guy who took time to explain all the little bits that we needed to know.
The communications running up to the installation were really good with Emma just checking in during the period before the date itself.
On the install day, Paul was great. He was like a ninja and had the old boiler out so quickly. He said it’s be done by 3 and when I got back at 2 he was already finished, cleared up and gone.
A thoroughly professional and friendly service at an affordable and extremely competitive price.

Fitment of replacement pump and filtration with no problems.

Extremely happy with our experience with Surrey gas. George gave us a quote after a video call to look at changing our old broken combi-boiler.
Jack came to do the work. He did the majority of the work in one day, 11 hours and was very professional and polite. Pricing was competitive and we are thoroughly happy with the job done. Would highly recommend Surrey gas And have them locked in our address book.
