"Scam dont book here."

Tried to book a flight payment went through and everything but said the tickets were sold out when it went through that makes no sense why would payment go through if there were not any tickets left also they had different agents and they tried to make me pay more so they cancelled it their very very bad don't book here unless you want to be scamed i do not recommend this to nobody not even my wort enemy 👎.

"Sneaking a price change in?"

This company tried to sneakily raise the price on me after I had booked a ticket with them. Only after I held my ground on the phone with them did they “lower” the price back to what I had originally booked it for. Watch out for that!
After that, I received my ticket without a problem.

"Be careful"

Be careful! I booked a flight and then for some personal reason 10 minutes later I need to cancel it. From the beginning it said free cancel but when I call to the customer service they said it charged 50 dollars for it ! I tried to talk to them 15 mins and explain the whole situation why it cancel it and they wont let me and said I have to pay cancel fee ! I tried to call back but the same answer. This is s tricked !

Bert was an **exceptional** representative for your company. During our phone call, the line went dead and I could hear him but he couldn’t hear me. He stayed on the line for several minutes allowing me the time to try and figure out what had happened. Unfortunately I was unable to correct it and Bert said he had to hang up due to lack of response. This is where it gets good — BERT CALLED ME BACK!! I cannot tell you what a huge relief that was to me, to not have to start all over from scratch with a different agent. Bert was kind and professional at all times and was able to book a flight for our return trip last minute. Please let his manager know what a great representative he is for LookByFare! "Extra fees and lost of time!!!! "

They tryed to charge us extra fees on our flight payment and it took more than an hour to receive the e-ticket by mail. Lot of stress and work for nothing! Had to stay online with an agent for several hours to make sure everything was right and the payment secure!

The flight was OK but one time landed the the time to get the luggage was very long. Took me at least one hour leave the airport.
