"Guys dont use lookbyfare"

Hi everyone, please don’t use their service. I had worst experience with these people and their support. I booked two flights and then they charged 7-8 times from my card and they have so many hidden charges and then in return I got two refund for $10 which never arrived. They deserve legal action so that they’ll stop doing these things with people’s hard earned money.

This is a scam company that masked the American Airlines customer service toll free line. They even verified they were the Executive Platinum line. I was asking to cancel a passenger and said I had to pay $249 to get my travel credit. I started suspecting fishing when they wanted me to click on a link sent by lookbyfare.com. The email said that I would not get my flight credit without clicking the link. They went so far to tell me to ignore emails from American Airlines. They then started calling me back saying the same script, trying to charge my credit card. I saved emails and voicemails, reported them to AA, my credit card and Google as a scammer. Luckily they didn’t get me to click but they now have credit card info. Stay away!!

I frantically called to cancel because the airline said I was not booked on any flight. The associate was super nice and calm and showed me how to find my booking ON the airline’s website
