"ADELE was incredible!"

ADELE was incredible!! She went above and beyond to book, then rebook, my daughter and a friend as they were trying to evacuate Tampa for hurricane Milton. She spent hours looking for options and figuring out the best possible flights. She was patient and kind and encouraged me to call her back any time with questions. I am so grateful to her for making a very stressful situation more manageable. Give this woman a raise!

I booked a flight using Lookbyfare and I noticed I made a mistake. Within 24hrs I called customer service to make the change.
The first time I called the information was not explained clearly to my understanding. So, 1 called a second time and spoke to Caren from customer service and she gave me clarity on the booking reservations. I will ask for Caren in the future next time when I book a flight using Lookbyfare.

" my dissatisfaction…"

I wish to express my dissatisfaction with the service provided. Upon purchasing a ticket and paying for my luggage, I encountered an issue at the airport where my luggage was not included in my flight itinerary. This resulted in an unexpected out-of-pocket expense as the luggage was not paid for as expected. Despite my efforts, I have been unable to obtain a refund. Regrettably, the lack of response to my multiple complaints has led to significant frustration. As such, I advise against utilizing the services of Lookbyfare as the unresolved matter has resulted in a lack of clarity regarding the timeline for reimbursement.

Update:
To add insult to injury. I am only entitle to a refund on a contingency basis. That in order to get a refund I need to remove my post. A matter of fact I am being force to take it down! OR give them a 5 star.
I paid in full to this organization and it is a down right shame and disgrace that I have to going through all this to get back my own money.
They are adamant that they paid to the Airline and the airline says otherwise.
The bother line is that you are in breach because the services that I paid for I didn't receive and a refund SHOULD NOT AND SHOULD NEVER BE ON A CONTINGENCY!! I don't need to do anything because I am entitled to get back my money once the service provided was partially provided.
I have never heard or seen this in all my years on earth.
If there was a half a star, I would have selected it and if there was no star, I would select it!

"Scammer Company"

Thought I was calling Carnival Cruise line to get in a wait list for a Cruise. Paid them $1500.00 as a down payment. They charged me 6,000.00 dollars for a cruise I eventually saw on Carnival web site for $2900. My bill I received said the total would be $3400. They refunded me $1998. Called them yesterday to ask about the remaining $700. Haven't called me back as promised, and I still have not seen my refund.Lesson learned. I will never do business with them again. Public be careful!

"Shady operation: BEWARE"

what kind of operation is this? it appears to be call center trained to obfuscate and press for more information than I've ever had to give any travel company. I called to cancel my reservation after many frustrating conversations for a couple of hours about baggage policies and the man on customer service line told me I'd only get a partial reservation back. Huh? You're given 24 hours to cancel and I'm only getting a portion back? I raised Holy Hell and got them to cancel with the full amount;

If I could I would give this 0 stars. I booked a ticket to Toronto for work which I paid for. After the confirmation my ticket was placed on hold, after 3 days and different responses I was told the ticket was not "confirmed" and therefore was void. After this they told me they would offer me a worse ticket at a greater price than the previous one. I say this to anyone willing to read this far, save yourself the headache and look for a more reputable site that won't pull scams like this.
