Had no problems. Communication was clear and easy. Could be a bit slow but so was I sometimes. Only issue was my case manager changes 3 times during my claim.

In October 2016 we discovered an error with a burial plot and naively thought the solution was simple, not so. I spoke to Sarah Hooper (Cunliffe) a school friend of my son and she recommended her colleague Adam Draper, who she described as a “top bloke”. Twelve months later I fully agree with her description. The “simple” case developed into a complicated and emotionally draining legal situation that resulted in a full Consistory Court hearing, with a Barrister, who was recommended by Adam, I am delighted to say we won!! I honestly feel this would not have been the case if Adam, and his team, had not put in so many hours of hard work and research that was needed in such an unusual and complex case.
I could go into pages of how excellent Adam was and how supportive he was to my wife and I during a difficult 12 months plus. With hundreds of e mails going back and forth, numerous telephone calls and three way conference calls at all times of the day or evening, a nine to fiver man he is not. It was his quite determination that won the day and my wife and I are so grateful for his hard work, I am also grateful for the legal knowledge gained :-). Thank you Adam!
