My blindness due to MRI scan whilst in NHS hospital is always going to be in my life but I don't wake up in the morning and dwell on it. I just get on with it as Access legal solicitors are supporting me through the process of claiming compensation for this medical negligence of mine .The team is amazing ,extremely friendly,helpful and knowledgeable. They offered me free impartial advice about making a claim and they did not rush or pressure me into starting a case .Their main aim was to offer help and make those responsible be held accountable for the trauma and injuries I have suffered in the form of compensation. This company is so poor they tried to get my husbands fair and honest review of their services blocked. Well here is the same identical review direct from the customer (and from the email they sent correspondence to!)
I spent nearly 6 months trying to get some help and assistance with regard to a specialist claim but it’s proved to be exceptionally hard work to get a response from them. All information requested was provided and despite promising to come back to us with a response within a set period several times we received nothing. We decided to use them due to their alleged experience and reputation with our type of claim but I have been shocked and disappointed at their lack of care, concern and above all professionalism. Their reviews have all been pretty good but our experience has been nothing short of appalling and we have now gone elsewhere to start the process again with someone a little more professional and actually willing to help us - They are already streets ahead on every level! In stark contrast to accesslegal they actually call or return emails when they say they will!! I held off from leaving this review but it’s was clear we were being fobbed off and had had our time wasted. My husband came home early from work to be present during promised call backs on two occasions that never happened. Reporting my husbands identical review so it was blocked further proves how little regard Acceslegal have for their customers and I’m glad I didn’t jeopardise my claim by using them. I consider it a lucky escape! You can’t beat a company that tries to hide its flaws as invariably they block and report any reviews that don’t come direct from the recipient who they have had direct correspondence with. You can safely add a few more negatives to their reviews if they try and gag others as they did my husband!

Victoria, helped us with our daughters EHCP to help give her the education she deserves. My daughter goes to a special school and was not getting all of her needs met. The provisions from the Local Authority were not adequate for her to grow and learn in her school. From the first initial telephone conversation Victoria was professional, incredibly professional and knowledgeable. The whole process was made much less stressful than I initially thought it would be due to the standard of help and guidance we received from Victoria and Access Legal. "Supportive Advocates Throughout a Complex Inquest..."

My wife and I would like to thank Access Legal for their help and support over our son's inquest. Whilst inquests are supposed to be non-adversarial, the reality is many hospital Trusts have their own legal and public interests at heart, whilst the family is left side-lined in a complex legal environment. I consider myself a well-educated individual who had a massive advantage working in healthcare, but felt completely out of my depth within a court setting.
