Just to be clear I have not purchased anything from Fireworld yet, as I am still researching my options and I wanted to get some advise on media walls, gas or electric etc and Tony gave me so much useful information and advise making my decision a lot easier. If you are considering a gas or electric fireplace I would recommend you speak with Tony!

I had an immediately response to my email, which was dealt with professionally. I had an update email letting me know my delivery was on its way. It was delivered the next day had a great experience with the company and looking forward to enjoying my purchase

I ordered my gas fire on Wednesday the 17th of February. The fire was scheduled to arrive on 22nd February. It arrived on the 19th of February. All the replies to my emails were promptly dealt with respectfully. Great service from a great company. Would highly recommend

"Phones not working"
Really not sure if they even exist. Tried the telephone and it says calls are not being received at the advertised number. I’ve had no reply to my last three emails. They have my money, the fire was broken on arrival and this has been returned. I have proof they have taken delivery of it back. Late addition. I have now been advised a refund is forthcoming, so the emails are getting read. The phone line however, still says the line is not accepting calls. I’m sure the pandemic has affected business, but it also causes worry from the consumers point of view.

"Unresponsive and Shocking Customer Service So Far"
To start Fireworld where quick to respond and helpful on the day of my purchase that was which made me think they are reliable and informative. Since then however I can’t get hold of them by phone or email never answered or responded to I have tried for 2 weeks to find out when my fire is coming and now their phone lines say they aren’t answering on the number. I have paid for my product and can’t do anything about it at the moment

"No contact & no delivery"
I ordered a fireplace on 08/11/20. I had an email on 09/11/20 enquiring about my address, I responded on the same day. I heard nothing back. The money has gone from my bank account. Still heard nothing from them. I have followed them up with another email. Still nothing. Their phone lines cut you off during their opening hours or redirect you to the website or email. I can’t get hold of anyone. As it stands, I still have no fireplace, no contact, money taken and no way of getting hold of fireworld. I wouldn’t order from them again. I will now seek to reclaim my money.
