"Should have been 4-5 Stars"

Would have been 4-5 stars based on the great experience starting off. Product arrive quickly after several follow up emails updating its shipping progression through delivery. Went downhill from there with sign not working for over a month and no response. Sent two emails two weeks apart to different contact points at Yellowpop website and from my inbox. After a month, called their office and finally reached someone who finally is sending a part to see if issue is resolved. Time will tell.

Ordered a very specific sign. Wrong type was sent. It is not useable at all. They didnt give a refund and it was almost 3k. Not happy.
