"Sent me a misdiscribbed used…"

Sent me a misdiscribbed used item electric toy car and phone num does not exist!! Emails were not helpful Refused to pay refund unless I closed my complaints case Was advised not to by trading standards And eBay Told seller this and he said he would not pay me my refund...eBay look in to the case and refund me as they could see seller was in the wrong

"Missing screw."

Received table in short space of time. Quite tricky to put together ( it took 2 of us) also a screw was missing.

Trampoline arrived in 2 days and grand kids love it. Only 4 stars because picture showed black legs on it and they were stainless steel when it arrived

Excellent value for money, grandchildren have had a ball playing in the pool. Great size and easy to assemble.

Disappointed as item arrived damaged - No time to send back as for birthday present so have had to try and hide the damage (a corner has bent and broken). Not good.

The instructions are rubbish! Diagram numbering for each corner did not match the actual diagram! Got there eventually. Good size and shape. But about as well made as all other, much cheaper versions. Coating on leg supports comes off very easily. Wouldn't say it was worth the money paid.

Asked whether multi-gym cable was available to buy and advised that still under warranty so free replacement sent within days. Excellent

I'm very happy with my purchase, the only issue I found is that the balls get stuck in two pockets at the end where you retrieve the balls. Otherwise very good.

after a little hiccup i found the service spot on and i am impressed with the speed which my problem was sorted just waiting now for the score card holder and the packing insert for my phone holder

"Faulty Treadmill"

Just to say that we have now been contacted by the Company so hopefully will be able to resolve.

Relevant parts have now been sent out to us. The service we had once we were able to get in touch with them was OK so have changed the rating.

We ordered a treadmill in January 2021 which was duly delivered but was damaged. We sent an email to the Company but received no response. As we thought we were unlikely to get any response and the damage was cosmetic we retained the treadmill only to find that it stopped working at the beginning of June 2021.

We have contacted UK Sports Imports but have not received any response whatsoever. As we purchased by Credit Card we had to refer the matter to the Credit Card Company
