"The most inept diabolical shambles of a…"

The most inept diabolical shambles of a company it has been my displeasure of encountering. Very quick to take payment for services,but absolutely incompetent and not interested in any problems that may occur. Have been chasing an issue for over 6 months,time and time again was told it was being sorted,lied to on numerous occasions by property managers and the like,telling me they will get back to me,email me etc and still nothing. I mean what in god's name are you playing at? How can one company be so inept at at least providing a response.? Absolute waste of space.

"Suspect Mismanagement of Clients Funds - No refund yet"

Incompetent cashiers dept. Made a payment in January via Revolut and they claimed that it was not received and charged us late fees. We quickly made a payment first to clear the account and then investigate. After we have provided all evidence of valid payment already done, they claimed that they could not find the payment. When we wanted to make a formal complaint, payment was found but could not be allocated to our account so they wanted to refund us. After we have submitted our bank statement with our IBAN and SORT codes written on it, including an email confirmation form our bank, they came back and said that the codes must appear on the statement to be valid. Which bank statement prints our IBAN and SORT codes? Besides, the IBAN code carries our bank account number.
We suspect staff may have taken the money and cannot return us. We are still waiting for the refund.
If these staff are stealing money from clients, we will report to the relevant authorities and push for investigations.

If I could give 0 stars I would, trying to deal with this company is a joke, The property manager just fobs you off and pretends he is always in a meeting, the services team dont follow through on their promises and never log any of the issues brought up, constantly pass over the blame to the tenants when it isn't their fault.

Have been attempting to sell a flat in one of their developments for going on 6 months now nad have been held up by the sales team and property manager at every chance.

Recently had an issue with our flat, logged it with the EMERGENCY ISSUES Team, was told someone would call us first thing today to discuss, after never recieving the call the service team was contacted, NO REPORT WAS EVER FILED. so no call would ever have been made to myself or my partner and thus no resolution would have been given. The issue being something on the external of the building they are trying to say we are liable however you cannot get insurance for your flat so how can we be held liable for something that is owned by the management company and that you pay an insane service charge for?

Whenever a call is made they are constantly just going into a meeting or just left the office and the promise of a call back is never followed through. If yo uare considering buying a place I would consider elsewhere

"Sorry to see our Swansea Property Manager leave"

I’ve been wanting to leave a review for a while about our property manager in Swansea Marina Julie who’s unfortunately moved on after 5 years of turning our development around, she changed so much in her time all for the better, new windows, doors, bin areas, lights, door phones, decorated the entrances & corridors. Got us a caretaker installed, Paul, who we all think is great. She deserved a medal for all her hard work for us.
