"Distraught and outraged"

Distraught and outraged by there service and treatment provided by Mainstay and their new owner Firstport.
They provided three EWS1 ratings for the same development in less than a year and tell us on the Eve of the 1st April (very bad joke) - before literally all of their staff depart on Easter break to answer any questions - that we need a Waking watch and commenced that same evening. Worst part, they told us via our MP just weeks earlier that there were no news but apparently had the results of the building Survey report since January.

There are not talking to us to resolve the issues or provide any answers on costings and continue to send generic contradictory responses.

Company is in true style very unorganised, dishonest and out there to get your money. Sadly also to make your home a living hell... literally.

I had a call with Jay yesterday and I was desperate to get answer about allocated parcking space. And she helped me to get my parking space asap! Very helpful

Flat out refused to speak to me on the phone regarding a recent fire safety report when I'd called a number of times over a number of months.

Flat out lied to me about when the fire report would be published.

I only managed to get the date when the fire report would be published by emailing our MP.

Blocked my email address after I emailed them a number of times desperate to find out when we would be told if the building myself and my young family were living in were a fire risk.

They have zero communication skills, or as I likely expect they aren't communicating with the people that need to know when they'll find out if the building they live in is a fire risk to protect themselves from any legal ramifications.

They're disgraceful.

Extortionate charges for fobs. Mainstay prevents people accessing their own cars and the parking bays which residents pay for. Terrible online portal. terrible customer phone service

I contacted Mainstay to upadate records for change of address. Laura was extremely courteous, immediately brought a smile to my face by first wishing me Happy Easter. She confirmed she cant do this herself but has forwarded on the request to the required department. Even though the job isnt really done yet, i still felt confident that it will be taken care of, thanks to her lovely approach.
