Absolute sh*te, so glad I don't have more to do with them. Mainstay "manage" the building I live in, the concierge service is average at best, maintenance services are infrequent and poor, lifts are often not working with multiple people stuck in the lifts claiming the emergency buttons are not working, I could go on and on... The overall lack of responsiveness and care is infuriating.
