"Helpful and professional team"

I was having a lot of difficulty selling my flat due to the buyers solicitor's unnecessary concerns. The asset management team, and in particular Petra Kapitany, went out of their way to help and support the transaction by providing land registry forms ahead of exchange, contacting solicitors and offering support as well as responding immediately to any requests. After about 4 weeks of discussions we finally exchanged on the sale - it 100% would not have been possible without Petra's help, thank you!

"A MARKED IMPROVEMENT!"

Having recently undergone a change of management, I am very pleased to see a huge improvement in the standard of services that is now being provided to our Estate. I would like to highly commend Sian Robertson, who is the new Property Services Mgr, for the way she has handled our outstanding issues. Not only has she kept her promises to action these issues, but she has also kept us updated and has proactively dealt with the issues in a very quick and efficient manner, considering the disorganised and complicated system that she was left with! We have already witnessed a marked improvement on our Estate, and are now thrilled that we are finally getting the services that we pay for!

"It is sad how Mainstay manages the…"

It is sad how Mainstay manages the different accounts, for the same propriety I have to have different accounts..., I bought a flat and at the time of purchase I wasn’t told about any car parking maintenance charges not even for the estate parking maintenance not was told about all this charges that Mainstay describes! Also I was charged for a “late payment “ where i did pay but on the wrong reference although the bank account is the same!!! I have paid but got ripped £60, the constant payment requests come every other month where allegedly is supposed to be only twice a year, had payment requests in September 2020, November 2020, December 2020, January 2021 and now in February 2021!!!! I feel completely ripped off!!!! It’s disgusting, most of their employees try to be very helpful as they can appreciate us and the constant requests. Strongly recommend to stay well away from Mainstay

Excellent, rapid service

Chelsea supported me to get an issue resolved very quickly. There was an outstanding maintenance issue that had been reported previously. As soon as I brought this to Chelseas attention she took action to resolve this very quickly and I am a very happy customer.

"This is a feedback recognising the exceptional work of Sian Robertson,Property Manager"

This is a feedback recognising the great work Sian Robertson,Property Manager has been done since she joined Mainstay and is looking after our development here at Saint Andrews Park. Sian has always been on top of all our requests, she always had prompted reply ours e-mails and phone calls, I could witness all her efforts, even when it was out of the office hours.
We residents, are starting to return in having confidence in Mainstay after Sian joined the company. I also can say, we are glad that she is looking after us and we trust she is more than capable and willing to do what is required to her. Keep the great work Sian, we thank and really appreciated your hard work.

"Mainstay improvement since Sian Robertson took over our particular site"

Before Sian Robertson and team,Mainstay have a history of slow results and lack of communication. As of late, though, I have to give credit to Sian Robertson and her team for being very prompt with responses, even when she's just being informative and acknowledging receipt of communication. I have seen a huge change for them better from Mainstay since autumn 2020.
