There needs to be a 0 rating as they are not worthy of even one star. We have finally suspended their management of our building Altamar. We have had a new local company who have done more for the building in the last 5 months then Mainstay did in 15 years. Mainstay are just a rip-off company. Overcharging and even employing non tradesmen to do repairs. We had an absaler to do roof repairs. charged us over £70k over a three year period to do the roofing work and he did not even have the accreditation required by mainstay or even be a roofer. Total rip-off and a health and safety issue. they should be penalised for putting peoples lives and health at risk.

We moved into the property in December and now it’s May. Still waiting for reply regarding our yearly fee and what we are paying for. Chasing with jodie lynch but when you have to chase them and they don’t come back to you its not a very good start. Especially with being a Customer Service manager myself for One of the biggest companies in the world. Social media speaks volumes

Terrible customer service, not replying to emails. I was dealing with people from their Worcester branch and spoke with Jazz(if I remember well) he was not helpful at all and rude.

As new home owners I have recently been in discussion with George Simpson - Mainstay Property Service Advisor regarding the problems we are experiencing with the setting up of our preferred Sky TV service. I have found George to be extremely helpful in assisting me with this in particular with his professionalism and knowledge in putting me in touch with Future TV who manage the communal TV service on the housing estate that my wife and I have recently moved onto.
