Merry Christmas all. It’s 9am on Christmas Day and I have to thank Bill at Altamar for responding to my Text to him just after 7am today wherein I made him aware that our water supply had failed. He immediately responded and replied that he would be over in 30 minutes. He came good again and the water is flowing normally again. Well done Bill and many thanks.

I would like to wish all the Mainstay cleaning and maintenance staff at the Victory pier site a very Merry and Happy Xmas and thank them for all their hard work throughout the year. It's not easy looking after such a large accommodation area with such a diverse population of clientele... it reminds me of that adage... that you can please most of the people all of the time or all of the people most of the time but you can't please all of the people all of the time. Anyway thank you all for your hard work, much appreciated from a resident who understands. David

"Absolute disgrace"

Like others I have had to endure 4 years payment with nothing back in return. The bushes at the side of our house have never been touched and Mainstay response is they agreed with Taylor Wimpey that no pruning is necessary until they grow over 6 feet. There's no maintenance on my estate and this company is taking money under false pretenses. I'm going to discuss with my MP and will find out if I can challenge this company in civil law. Absolute disgrace.

Have put the review month ago and my husband contact to Mainstay via email. After a few email they got back then latest email my husband send the info that he have not get the servicea Mainstay cost him. But did not get any email back at all. Mainstay ignored it cause they know we have to pay them anyway as will be effect to my husband credit score if not to pay it. What a cowboy business they did !!! I have read 4-5 stars reviews on here that really joke just some team of them did good jobs but funny things is, seem like they asking the customer to put good reviews for themin same day, and continued. As if you seen the reviews before these 3 months it only bad reviews they have got. They use the marketing for pulled good reviews at nearly end of this year for makes the images. No wonder why they did not have social media such as facebook no more ,cause a lot of customer complaints on there!!!

For almost 5 years we lived in an apartment block Cargo 2 in Plymouth Devon managed by Mainstay. I would like to thank Malcolm Pascoe the Caretaker and his team for looking after us and maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and for all your help and assistance divided throughout our stay. We would also like to thank Mark for keeping the block spotless and for always being so friendly and cheery. It has been a lovely place to live. Thank you
