"Totally unacceptable"
The rats have chewed at our car causing unnecessary damage and repairs. Mainstay have not offered any refund but are not giving up as that car has cost us enough lately. Totally unacceptable from a company who is supposed to be maintaining the health and safety of the property.
The big bin and recycling area is a health hazard. I’d clean it myself just to get things done

My review of Mainstay can be summed up in one word: avoid. If they were based in the US, they would have been sued for gross negligence by now. They fail to acknowledge even urgent requests, and when they finally decide to do so, it is unhelpful and flippant. My boyfriend and I have contacted them regarding an urgent security matter, and it still has not been solved months later. It must be great to work at Mainstay, as it seems they never have to do any work!

Wouldn’t use mainstay for anything I reported mould in November, took them weeks to send anyone out, even though the leak had come from next door and they hadn’t dealt with it in 5 weeks! had to argue for compensation due to the damage caused to my furniture! They also promised to repaint the wall and guess what....I’m still waiting for this to happen 11 months later

It’s forward planning ensures the complex complies with relevant statutory requirements within set timescales
Communication with directors and leaseholders / occupiers is good and response to maintenance / general issues are timely with confidence in nominated contractors
Projects of considerable size / cost implications involve quotes from at least three approved contractors ensuring the best cost and value for money is achieved for leaseholders

Awful company with zero consideration for leaseholders at West Point. Charge exuberant service charges and impose penalty fees at every opportunity. Do not be fooled just because the concierge has a smiley face. So would I for what they charge for nothing in return.
