I live in the Marine Wharf Development in Surrey Quays, which is managed by Mainstay.

Frederick Mensah has been amazing from the day we moved in, always has a smile on his face and willing to help with anything that pops up. His team has equally been fantastic in managing our day to day concierge services and also the additional special requests that have popped up now and then. Thank you Joanna and Mahfuz!!

My wife and I have lived in our Butcher Works apartment, managed by Mainstay, for just over four years and have found the company personnel keep us well informed about general management matters. Moreover, during the past couple of years, as we have “found our feet” and recognised that it is in our interests to raise maintenance issues ourselves, as we notice them, the current team of Melanie and Hannah have wholeheartedly encouraged and welcomed such correspondence and acted on concerns as expediently as they are able.
