My day to day contact with Simon is great as he is always friendly and approachable. On the rare occasion that an issue does crop up such as a noisy neighbour, Simon moves very swiftly in addressing the issue.

I have been here two years and I am always met with warmth, Simon has become a friend and the building would be a duller place without him. Nothing is ever too much, and he can brighten a day with hello. I feel like I am home the moment I walk through the building doors.

I'm lucky to live on a building managed by Mainstay. The concierge, Simon Allen, goes above and beyond every day to ensure thing run smoothly and I have no worries, I feel i'm in good hands. All the issues are addresses swiftly, the communication is excellent, and I can see they work hard to make sure it all works well. Also, he has a great vibe, it's great to have a little chat before going of to work or when arriving. His manners are impeccable. However has him as an employee is truly lucky, so I feel very blessed to have him look after me, my family and my home.
