Awful company - took my order and paid! Then received an email saying they can’t deliver. I simply asked for a refund -11 days and counting still haven’t received my money back yet!! I will have to get my credit card company to reclaim the money from them!!!

Never a again, worst communication with a company ever. Three weeks on still no door or refund at this point and I’ve managed one returned email out of my ten sent.
Pay the extra and go else where you have been warned.

Need to sort out the courier firm they use. I ordered two doors over a month ago. Received a phone call next day from Moda to arrange delivery I thought great all going to plan. The day of delivery nothing tuned up so i phoned Moda. They said sorry the doors has been damaged by the courier in transit and need to be replaced (thanks for letting me know). I re arranged delivery for a week later with new doors. A week later same again doors never arrived and no explanation until I contacted them by phone. I now have ask for a refund to which i'm still waiting. So annoying don't use pay a bit more elsewhere and get it delivered on time and not damaged.

"Was unsure but turned out great and cheap"
I was about to place the orders then thought i'd check the reviews -which seemed quite negative. I wasn't sure after reading the reviews but I placed the order anyway as I could always get a refund. I had no issues and was quite pleased. I placed the order on Mon and received 2 doors on Thurs. Far cheaper than anywhere else I found for the 2 Salerno doors. I did phone up once on Weds to ask about delivery as it says 3-5d and the guy I spoke to said they were already with the courier then gave me the number for delivery courier who when I phoned booked in for the Thurs. Arrived early morning ( a bit too early at 7.00am but that's the courier) and all sorted. I would definitely use again! A+

"Disgraceful company"
Disgraceful company. They are the worst company I have ever dealt with. Missing parts, no refunds, just empty promises. Complete mess with the haulage company. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

"Great Quality Doors"
Recently purchased 2 x LPD Internal Coventry Oak Glazed Door.
I had to chase for delivery confirmation.
They were delivered as per confirmed date.
The doors were well packed and of a very high standard / quality.
The finish of the doors are excellent and I coated them with a clear satin varnish to bring out the lovely oak finish.
Slight rubbing down between coats and a perfect finished achieved.
Really pleased with both doors.

"Under-delivered - ongoing issue"
Paid for 12 doors and only 11 doors were delivered. Driver from Gee Haulage said he had notified the office who would check warehouse. Moda finally responded to my query saying that as 12 doors had been signed for (and they clearly have a communication issue with their haulage company), they would not supply the missing door! Matter remains unresolved.

Absolutely Awful Company. Avoid this company. The worst I have dealt with throughout by 4 month building project.
1 Month Late - Doors were meant to arrive within 3-5 working days. They are now going to be a month late. I had no notice from the company and had to chase to find this out.Still waiting on the doors!
Bad Customer Service - No response to any emails i sent. Telephone handlers were unhelpful, did not call back at any agreed times, and were unable to offer any compensation for delay.

"Great quality doors, excellent price, excellent service and communication."
Bought 3 Deanta Augusta doors with Moda. Saw the reviews and was concerned, mainly with delivery. Spoke to Callum, who was very helpful and reassuring. He let me know when they would be delivered and they arrived on time. Delivery man was excellent. Had a slight problem with one door and Callum arranged to have it replaced and it was in 2 days!
I would without doubt use them again.

"Awful"
Awful. I ordered a door. Received usual confirmation of order and receipt. Had several updates confirming delivery time, including a text at 3pm on the Wednesday confirming 8-11am delivery slot on the following day, Thursday. Then 3.30pm the same Wednesday a further text message stated door was not in stock and no schedule for replacement. Appalling.
