I found that the customer service at ilight was excellent. The staff were very polite, professional and very approachable. I felt that I was asking too many questions but they were amazing every step of the way. I am very pleased with the chandelier I purchased and would highly recommend the ilight. "If I could leave less than zero stars I would"

I would leave zero stars but I can't, I bought a light, the middle of November, finally delivered late February, customer services don't keep you updated, I've been told I'll get a 10% refund by email, which has never arrived. Until today I followed ilite on instagram, but the moment I left a negative comment, I've been blocked so I'm leaving the same comment in this review, I would not recommend this company, I will never buy from them again, as a business owner you have to accept negative comments and take them on and change your business in accordance.

My 40cm Starburst suspension light arrived within a couple of days, much quicker than expected. and I am so happy with it. Not installed it yet and am hoping we will be able to get replacement LEDs but Its gorgeous. Love all the unusual lights form this vendor.
