"The light arrived in good time BUT..."

The light arrived in good time and the website was easy to use. Confirmation by email and any questions answered straight away. The problem is that if you decide you do not like the light they will charge you 30% ADMIN FEE! for returning, before postage costs. And they ask you that the packaging should not be opened!!! This is totally disgraceful behaviour and totally unacceptable to expect the item not to be taken out of the box to be inspected. To then charge you 30%! Absolute rip off. I would advise anyone DO NOT PURCHASE ONLINE FROM THIS COMPANY WITHOUT SEEING THE PRODUCT FIRST.

A great experience and sound knowledge, but I needed to go in on a Sunday to find that it's closed! Why would you close on a day where most people would have the time to come in?! Don't understand it.
