"Cowboys"

I ordered three pendant lamps marked as in stock. Their website FAQs stated that delivery was free (they charged me £9.90 delivery).
I quickly received a delivery note stating that all three items had been dispatched before receiving another which said that only two had been dispatched. Another email followed stating that the third would follow in 4 - 6 weeks!
I requested a refund for the remaining item and was told that "from what I can see with your order and after speaking with our warehouse they shipped the Gold and Chrome pendants out to you already 5 days ago which have been delivered. Please see attached the POD.

Any unwanted products are down to the customer to return, you are able to do this by courier or your local post office I believe.

The Copper pendant will be a full refund although the gold and silver pendants will incur a 10% handling fee as they are electrical goods that have been delivered. Please refer to our online returns policy. "
I'd rather return the whole lot but that's not what I asked for and I'm not paying 10% plus postage because they misrepresented their stock levels. I'm still waiting for my refund.

Excellent service and lovely light. One of the globes was broken when it arrived however a replacement was sorted out promptly.

"Poor service and quality."

Lights arrived promptly. However their quality wasn't great for the price I paid for them. My order was over £900 for 4 lights. Lights had some sort of converter fitted what made it very difficult to put them up, there was no instructions available either in a box or through customer services. I was advised to get a qualified electrician to put the lights up. My man is a bit of a handyman and with tweaking connectors a bit and after watching several YouTube videos he managed to put 2 up. I wanted to exchange the other two, I was asked to cover the cost of sending them back all though I only wanted an exchange. Ended up paying for returning the lights and due to poor service and paying over the odds for not great quality lights I didn't bother.
