I am super pleased with both of the lights i ordered and will continue to use I-lite. I ordered a lava table lamp for my bedroom and it arrived quickly, perfect condition and it was so nice i had to order another one! I also ordered a Raimond LED suspension light which looks gorgeous in my hallway. Thoroughly delighted and can not recommend this company highly enough. Great customer service. Thank you 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟

Lights turned up in a bad condition.
Also the quality of both Raimond LED suspension light was poor, made from cheap flexible metal. I would advise to steer away from these lights, they look great on the pictures on their website, but awful in person.
Also there is a 10%restock fee on the total ammount of the lights. Ours cost £600 for two. So £60. Plus to return was £60. Really not worth the hassle!

"Never Again."

I posted this in April originally, but ilite flagged it saying I am a competitor. No, just an unhappy customer...

Unfortunately what seemed as a decent website to order from wasn't. The items as advertised weren't what was delivered. The pictures and description weren't accurate. After paying for the items (more than £200) they were delivered. I opened up the first box with excitement that the glass pendants had arrived. This was short lived. The 'molten glass' was infact plastic...not acrylic even but cheap apparently 'polycarbonate', with an unsightly hole at the bottom. I was disgusted and didn't bother opening the other 2 boxes. I informed ilite and they responded saying it was an IT error. At this point I requested a refund and was told a 10% restocking fee would be required which was waived because of the 'IT issue' on the website description. To add further insult, the return postage had to be paid and ilite refused to - which as I reiterated to them the product would not have been ordered if the description was accurate.So to conclude, I lost out on money because of the company's inadequate advertising.

What I've taken away from this is that in the future I will always read up on returns policy of smaller companies because if a company falsely advertises they can charge you for returning their products sub standard overpriced items. Such a pity.

I ordered in good faith to then be told my order would not be delivered until may. In your advert you state many items within 24hours. Obviously not mine. Not impressed
