"Beautiful pendant and excellent service"

We waited a few weeks for our lava pendant to arrive and it was worth the wait - larger than expected, very unusual and the copper colour we chose is a perfect match for the room. Unfortunately there were no instructions in the box but I messaged them through WhatsApp and with seconds had a manual pdf file to look at, and they even went a step further and emailed an installation video which made things really clear. I was very impressed with the rapid response and the professionalism in how I was dealt with. I love the light pendant and would definitely recommend this company - customer service of this level is something rarely found.

Excellent service and the light looks stunning in our new kitchen! Communication was great when there was a small piece missing but I was dispatched quickly and arrived the next day so didn’t cause a problem. Would highly recommend!!

"Cheap quality and poor service"

Ordered 3 matching lights. They were’ in stock’ when I ordered them, but after I paid for them I got an email that they were not in stock and that delivery would be delayed.

That delay ended up taking 2 months during which time I kept chasing and got conflicting answers each time. Not once was I proactively emailed.

They only ‘magically’ arrived with iLite when I asked to cancel the order. Suddenly they were ‘already out with a courier’. Still wanted to cancel but was informed to not do that, accept the order, and follow a returns process.

In actual fact, the order wasn’t ‘with the courier’ until 2 days later and I received the order 3 days later.

The lights arrived and at least one was damaged, could have been all three, don’t know as I didn’t bother opening the other 2. They were going back no matter what.

We waited 2 months for their arrival, chased it up a few times to be told they’re coming very soon and they didn’t. We were told they had been shipped when they hadn’t been, the order could have been stopped and refunded and it wasn’t. They said they were with a courier. They weren’t. Were told the order was sent with complimentary bulbs and they weren’t. The light fixtures were cheaply made - certainly made in China, horrible quality, tacky and cheap, and damaged!. The one we opened, It had a glass bubble on the surface, a rippled look to the glass, not smooth, and the gold/silver was scraped up at the top near the fixing so you see right through the glass.

No returns process on their website as was advised. Had to email. The reply I had was likely from a manager, the only email that had any sense of professionalism through out the entire process, offering an apology and a full refund.

Had them collected. Refund was not forthcoming. Emailed after 4 days of them receiving, no reply at all. 8 days and I got a reply that their PayPal account had closed down..???!?!? Offered the refund to my bank, needed back details (dodgy?!?).

Refunded me but charged me the £20 shipping for both deliveries!!!

Horrible customer service, every transaction and communication had been painful and often not professional and I’ve spent hours dealing with this and have paid £20 for the privilege of waiting 2 months to view a damaged light fixture.

Avoid them. Crap quality, crap customer service, and red flags like supply chain issues, hiring young customer service people who cannot even write an email without spelling, grammar and simple English language mistakes, and a closed PayPal account.

Things like these that make me only buy from trusted suppliers- which I’ll do next time.

Absolutely head over heels in love with our lights from iLite lighting. We purchased three pendant lights, but had a vision of the three together, so with Gino’s expert help and advice we were able to bring them all together to fit our ceiling using a canopy.

From the initial enquiry, to placing the order to receiving the lights, Gino’s exceptional customer service has meant the whole process has been seamless. Thank you so much Gino, we will be back for more lights for the other rooms in our house!

"Stunning lights"

Had to waiting 6 weeks for these lights to arrive but as my building was on hold because of covid 19 this was not a problem. These lights are beautifully stunning i would recommend them to anyone that wants to make a statement in a room. Can’t wait to see them in the new extension. Ilite kept me informed as to the delay and the date that they were expecting there delivery thank you ilite i love these lights.
