My light when it arrived was broken.The team replaced it without question and the replacement delivered the next day.Great customer service .

The website and ordering system was easy and straight forward however the turn around time is very delayed. I have not yet received my order of three lights which I placed three weeks ago. I cannot review the items until I receive them.

On the plus side, the service is prompt and responsive. Good website with many nice products. On the downside, there were several quality issues with the floor light I purchased. They were visible and it is disappointing the product was sent out in this condition. The floor light arrived with no accompanying material e.g. instructions or product description, which is very unusual. I should have sent it back, but decided to contact customer services to ask if they could send replacement parts. They responded very quickly and I am awaiting the part. My first purchase from iLite Lighting so not sure whether this is a one-off poor experience or something that points to a deeper, more serious issue[s]. Have to wait and see.

Excellent responsive customer service which is so rare nowadays. In the end I had to in fact return my light but the responsiveness from the sales team was all round outstanding. They picked up phones quickly responded to emails immediately and processed my refund almost immediately after the package was returned. It is definitely a company you can trust. Just shame they didn’t stock the light I needed in the end.
