We ordered couple of home lighting from them for our new home and individually each unit was priced above above £100 so by no means it was a cheap item to buy.

While to start with they charge £10 for shipping, if for any reason you have to return, they don't even offer free return at that price point. Cost of shipping back is customer's expense and on top they charge you 10% handling/re-stocking fee.

While 10% handling fee is mentioned in their Return section, you really have to go through their detailed T&Cs to realise that return shipping is also your cost.

It seems they are making more money through these means

The light we ordered was not up to the mark in terms of quality compared to price and given the above shipping costs, there are far better options available to buy lights from than these guys.
