I do not recommend this company. Voluntary strike off filed (11-Aug) for iLite on Companies House, which is listed as the registered company on iLites website Privacy Policy (accurate as of 25-Aug, however in the afternoon of the 25-Aug iLite updated this to "Acqua Nera"). Ilite Companies house number is 10358458. However it seems you are actually buying from "Acqua Nera LTD" - Company number 12549448 which is still active (accurate as of 25-Aug). As a customer (who gave this company nearly £594.50) its very confusing to know who you are actually giving your hard earned money to. It appears the company use paid for reviews, have a look and you will see the pattern...most reviewers review the same companies leaving similar feedback (copy/paste in some cases) and are extremely positive. The company denies this. For me I trusted these reviews and completed my purchase, nearly £600 later, items still not received and I'm told they don't have them in stock until mid September. I purchased the lights on 03-Aug. I have now requested a refund. On 17-Aug I asked the company to update their stock levels, pause ad campaigns promoting stock they don't have or list items as a "pre-order" so not to mislead other customers. They are yet to do any of these things and continue to use paid advertising across social media to sell these products which means customers like me part with their money and have nothing to show for it. They report negative reviews so they don't appear, hence 5 stars. To top it off after discussing your order and issues with staff (who are actually very friendly) you get an email from the company director threatening you with the police for being abusive (very upsetting to be accused of being abusive, I wasn't by the way), his staff have since apologised. I have been threatened countless times by this man saying if I do not remove my review that he will see me in court. I have now received an email from the director telling me that court documents will be with me next week. I hope he isn't using my personal data provided for purchase of the lights to serve me papers. Worrying that my data can be accessed and used in this way. I wonder if the court papers will arrive before returning my £594.50. Intimidation at its best. I have already reported the company to Trading Standards and will now be following this up with a call tomorrow. Bullies.

"Company doesn’t have stock but will take your money"

Paid nearly £600 for 4 x Starburst lights on 03-Aug. 2 weeks passed. I called to check what was going on and was told they don’t have the lights in stock until September. I told them they need to update their website and social media ads as customers can still make transactions for these lights and there is no indication of it being a pre-order or info regarding the fact this company doesn’t have these in stock. Whenever I’ve called or communicated over social media they say these lights are available but then when I ask about my particular order they delete the comments and DM me saying they don’t have stock and their IT team will update the site...this still hasn’t happened.

Great range of products at reasonable pricing. The menu system is really clear and easy. Delivery is speedy. Helpful and knowledgeable after sales staff. This is the second time this year I have used them.
