"Quality kit"
Just installed a 6.5 inch Lithe Bluetooth ceiling speaker and slave. What a super piece of kit. Everything seems well made and has a quality feel. As an example, the power supply has lever connectors for the mains cable. Setup is effortless and performance is great with distortion-free stereo sound. If you are going to chop your house about for ceiling speakers these seem to be an excellent choice.

Excellent customer service and support from Melvyn and Nathan when my bathroom speaker had a Bluetooth connection fault the speaker was replaced the next day!
Gives us peace of mind that the Lithe Audio speaker will provide us with superb sounding shower tunes for many years to come.

Great aftersales experience. Lithe replaced my speaker after the Bluetooth component developed a fault after over a year of use. They arranged and paid for collection and delivered a new speaker within a few days with no quibble what so ever. Very happy with the outcome. BT component aside, the speaker sounds great and I'm still planning to buy more from them.

I recently purchased a Lithe Audio speaker for my bathroom after seeing them at a show and was initially impressed with the quality and design. However, I later realized that my model lacked some app functionalities available in newer versions. After a bit of back and forth, the customer service team, especially Melvyn, went above and beyond by updating my speaker free of charge. Although I was eventually given a new model due to compatibility issues, the initial experience with the outdated features was a disappointment. Overall, the product works well now, but the initial oversight could have been avoided.

After seeing and 'hearing' the Lithe Audio speakers at a Home Renovation Show I decided that this speaker would be ideal in our bathroom. My partner purchased a speaker for my birthday, which I installed at a later date once I had plucked up the courage to cut a hole in the bathroom ceiling. After installation, the speaker was amazing; both sound quality plus aesthetically pleasing on the eye. Once I downloaded the app, I noticed that there were a few functions missing compared to what I had seen online. After speaking with Lithe Audio, they explained that the speaker I had been superseded with an updated model, hence why the application offerings were slightly different to the speaker I had. I thought to myself, oh well, it is what it is, the product has been updated and that was that, fully accepted. But that wasn't that. Melvyn (Lithe Audio) said that if I were to take the speaker out of the ceiling and package it securely for returning, he would update the firmware on the speaker in order for me to take advantage of the updated app features. Not only that, he also kindly arranged for the collection and return of the speaker FOC. I was truly blown away by this level of service. All in all the turn around time was 5 days, and today the speaker was returned to my home address. In addition, Melvyn also sent me a courtesy email the day before informing me that the speaker would be delivered next day. But that's not the best of it! The speaker arrived as advised, but not my old one, a completely brand new updated replacement. By all accounts the previous speaker was unable to be updated due to the model, therefore Melvyn/LitheAudio replaced it with the latest current model. Now if this is not gold standard customer service, I don't know what is. Thanks again Melvyn and LitheAudio, you have definitely gone above & beyond expectation. If only other UK companies treated their customers the way you do. ******

There are so many reasons to support this company! Their speakers are amazing, with great sound quality... I have never found anything else like it on the market. Their customer service is also incredible, and they make it so easy to solve your problems. I will be a customer for a long time!
