We were prompted by a friend to explore Hughes' offerings for electrical items and subsequently ordered online to pick up at the Bury St Edmunds Store. Not only was communication excellent, we were also met at the store with a friendly welcome. We came away thinking we weren't just another customer but there was a genuine desire to provide excellent customer satisfaction.
This was the first time we have bought from Hughes, ( new to the area) they will now be our first point of call.
