Total avoidance of any meaningful communication. Do not return calls when promised. Arrogant to the point of deliberately delaying progress. They even ignore requests from your insurers to keep you updated. Having experienced flooding 6 months ago still waiting for an update and unable to get insurance until this claim is settled. Avoid like the plague.

Do not agree to use GHG at all. They are crooks and very dishonest. Any insurance claim managed by GHG is going to stress you out. It’s horrible! When you meet the loss adjusters sent by GHG, you will be very much impressed but once they leave your home after their visit, their communication goes mute. They do not respond to emails and you get the just a voicemail or messages that are never responded to. We have been waiting for work to start at our home forever. Very sad that insurance companies use GHG to avoid responsibility. It is like dealing with a third world country where corruption, never keeping promises and daily lies are the order of the day.

It has been 2 months since we were evacuated from our home due to major subsidence, GHG were appointed as our "emergency" loss adjuster and have done nothing in regard to the damage to our home. We have had to pester them daily about alternative accommodation. To call them slow would be innaccurate because slow implies at least some movement.

I didn't understand mental health until been involved with ghg. They are the loss adjusters my insurance company homeprotect use.
Unbelievably appalling. From forgetting to extend our emergency accommodation to zero communication. Hold ups due to negligence. Further damage to our property. Lies. Deception. Excuses.
We just want to go back home.
The fire damage to our home was one thing.... But the damage to our family as a result of GHG Solutions incompetence has really taken it out on us.
PLEASE STAY AWAY.
I really can not believe this company is allowed to operate.

We recently had a burst flexi hose to our bathroom basin which flooded my 83 year old Mothers home.
GHG Loss Adjusters dealt promptly and efficiently and we were able to get our Mum back to normal in a very short time.

Wesley Forkland has been so helpful in getting my water leak claim dealt with speedily and efficiently. After 10 months getting nowhere with Davies Group Wesley moved matters forward once Davies group appointed GHG solutions to deal with my claim.

Terrible loss adjuster, if you are told your insurers are using them, ask for a difference LA to attend (insurers usually have min 2)
They delayed my property claim for over 6wks, promised to appoint a structural engineer and then didn't, and the mgr Keith Conway is quite offensive and unprofessional. I'm referring to the Eastleigh Hants branch. Then have a 2nd office up North.
I have experienced several LA's over the years, and this was the worst. Were taken off the case by the insurers, and CCG appointed instead.
