"Very disappointing"

Very disappointing. Poor communication and coordination. Really slow progress with unnecessary delays. We have been out of our house at least twice as long as was necessary if only there had been the will and motivation to get everything in track. Woefully poor communication at first. No real attempt to right wrongs even though there have been multiple admissions of poor service
